1. Order Confirmation & Accuracy
Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you'll receive an email or message. I reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order due to stock errors or wood availability.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, and hand-burned items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. All sales final. Free replacements considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Product Care & Natural Variations
Pyrography art is made on real wood—over time, exposure to heat or sunlight may cause fading, natural cracks, or expansion. These characteristics are not defects but part of the wood's life. Please display pieces away from intense heat or direct sunlight; apply a fresh food-safe sealant as needed to help preserve colours and texture.

4. Payment
Accepted methods: Credit Card, e-transfer, and cash payment at pickup, delivery or at markets.

5. Pickup, Shipping & Delivery

• Free local pickup: Abbotsford, BC

• Fraser Valley delivery: small fee based on distance

• Processing times: 1–3 weeks for custom, 1–5 days for ready-made items

6. Pricing & Availability
Prices reflect craftsmanship and materials but may change with market shifts. If an error occurs, you’ll be contacted to confirm or cancel your order.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content are owned by Final Touch Pyrography. Reproduction, distribution, or copying of any design is prohibited without written permission.

8. Liability
Final Touch Pyrography is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—only refunds up to the original purchase price will be considered.

9. Changes to Terms
I may update terms at any time. Revised terms will apply from the “Last Updated” date shown at the top of this page.
